Your Bachelor in Chemical Engineering at TUM
The course of study in Chemical Engineering, presented here in its basic form as a Bachelor's program, lies at the intersection of natural sciences and engineering sciences, thereby embodying the characteristic of interdisciplinarity in a special way. The declared aim of this program is to make these differences in education visible and effective. This is intended to ensure that graduates of the Chemical Engineering program are not only trained interdisciplinarity but are also capable of analyzing problems from different viewpoints and developing solutions.
The curriculum of the Bachelor's program in Chemical Engineering at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) imparts comprehensive theoretical and practical skills and competencies in both the core engineering sciences of mechanical engineering and chemistry.
Essential parts of a fundamental engineering education are provided without restriction by the TUM School of Engineering & Design.
Application
The application deadlines for the Bachelor's program in Chemical Engineering are set from May 15 to July 15 for the winter semester and from November 15 to January 15 for the summer semester.
