Food Chemistry at TUM
In the Food Chemistry program, you will study the chemical reactions that occur during the processing and preparation of food. You will learn about various ways to influence the essential properties of food – whether it’s taste, smell, safety, or health. Whether it's developing sustainable methods for food preparation, using alternative proteins, or understanding toxic ingredients – with a degree in Food Chemistry, you can contribute to healthy and safe food (in german language).
