Would you like to get to know your European neighbors and expand your professional, linguistic and intercultural skills? With the exchange programs Erasmus+ and SEMP, the TUM enables about 1,000 students per year to spend an unforgettable stay abroad in 32 European countries. Take advantage of the benefits of Erasmus+/SEMP and gain valuable study experience abroad.
Physics students can apply from December 1, 2023 to January 15, 2025 (12 noon) for an Erasmus+ SMS or SEMP stay abroad at one of our partner universities in Europe during the academic year 2024/25 (w2024/25 and s2025). Applications for Erasmus SMP have a rolling deadline: depending on the destination, at the latest two months to four weeks prior to the start of the internship.
The TUM Global & Alumni Office will inform about organizational aspects, as well as criteria and to dos for the Erasmus+ grant:
