For any questions related to your studies, the Student Offices and Academic Advising are at your disposal.

The Students' Office is your central point of contact for all matters and questions regarding your studies, such as organizing advising appointments, grade management, exam regulations, and more. The staff is available during office hours to answer your inquiries.

At the TUM School of Natural Sciences, all degree programs are supported by an experienced team (Study counseling). We assist you with any academic and general questions about your studies or PhD.

Our goal is to enable equal and independent participation in both academic life and student life. We offer support and advice in special circumstances, such as studying with a disability, chronic illness, or as a high-performance athlete (studying with special needs).

If you are considering studying abroad, we are also happy to provide advice on that!

Important dates for the Winter Semester 2024/25:

• Lecture period: 14.10.2024 – 07.02.2025
• Lecture-free period (semester break): 01.10.2024 – 13.10.2024 and 08.02.2025 – 31.03.2025
  Please note: Exams may also take place during the lecture-free period.
